Utilize a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures to implement a strategic, data driven marketing process. Collect and analyze data on customer preferences, needs, and buying habits to evaluate existing and potential market opportunities to increase brand awareness, create new business opportunities, generate sales leads, and improve public relations. Develop segmentation strategies, tracking, analyzing and interpreting all performance data related to client acquisition and retention efforts. Identify and monitor competitive threats and opportunities, and research market conditions and changes in the industry that may affect client acquisition and retention. Implement sales and marketing programs using feedback received from our customers. Create business development materials and customer surveys based on researched local market conditions. Determine new sales opportunities, new marketing vehicles, presentation opportunities, and create the supporting marketing and sales materials. Gather information on competitors and analyze their prices, sales strategies and methods of marketing. Responsible for assessing marketing and advertising ROI (return on investment) on an ongoing basis and providing recommendations based on data, sound business judgment and analytics.
